Ecocrete modular/panel homes are built using a pre-fabricated construction system that utilises ecocrete proprietary panels for fabrication of the building shell. These panels are attached to a galvanised steel frame structure with the use of self-tapping screws. The internal walls are made of ecoply panels, also attached to galvanised studs. All joints are sealed with proprietary ecocrete binding material.

Most of the materials required for construction are manufactured in advance at the company’s factory in preparation for the construction start-date. The factory is located in Awoyaya, along Epe expressway.

The process of construction can, therefore, be likened to an assembly line, thus ensuring fast and efficient delivery of the completed building to the client. The internal/external cladding is fire and water-proof, strong, durable, and termite proof. The flexibility afforded by the modular system makes it possible for a broad range of building designs to be met using ecocrete technology.

The double skin wall design, which incorporates an air-gap, is responsible for the cool ambience within the building during the day. Also, noise propagation is insignificant as a result of the air cavity. Sustainable development is a key economic goal for most governments’ today. The ecocrete structure is sustainable, as the internal/external cladding material, galvanised trusses and self-tapping screws can be disassembled and recycled/re-used.

Since the inception of Eco-building Systems in 1998, our innovative building design has steadily gained and continues to gain momentum. More and more Nigerians and stakeholders in the Nigerian market are taking advantage of the benefits of more energy efficient, internally comfortable buildings that are proven to stand the test of time.
